Culinary EducationVital Sensations now offers intimate, vibrant cooking demonstrations! “Edutainment” is one way to describe these small classes. A combination relaxed party and learning experience, the classes are conducted in the new Vital Sensations kitchen. Instructor and owner Tracy Jo Duckworth believes that students learn more and have more fun when they are intimately involved in the cooking process. It has been said that change is the constant in life. Come along with us as we continue to explore our changing food choices.
